21-Day Transformation Challenge
Transform Your Body. Build Better Habits. Compete for the Prize.
Join a supportive 21-day program built around simple nutrition, personalized workouts, mentor accountability and real physical transformation.
The TWA 21-Day Transformation Challenge gives you the structure, support and accountability you need to make visible progress and build better daily habits.
Before Day 1, your personal mentor will help you set up your nutrition routine and organize the products you will use during the challenge. Your Head Coach will create a custom training plan that matches your goals, fitness experience and whether you prefer to train at home or in the gym.
Throughout the 21 days, you will communicate with your mentor through WhatsApp. You will receive regular guidance, nutrition feedback, accountability and support whenever you have questions or need help staying on track.
This challenge is not based only on weight loss. The final result will be judged according to the complete physical transformation, including visible changes, consistency, effort and how closely each participant followed the agreed plan.
Progress photos will be taken on Day 1 and Day 21, allowing us to compare the complete transformation and select the strongest overall result.

How the winner is chosen
The winner is selected based on overall visual transformation and consistency — not weight loss alone. Discipline and following your mentor’s instructions matter equally.
